Psych Profiler
A quarterly self-assessment instrument for one person. Three layers of input, a structured analyst pipeline, an evidence-pinned report. Built for honest longitudinal self-knowledge, not for sharing.
How it works
Take the assessment
A quarterly battery covering Big Five, HEXACO, Schwartz values, cognitive reflection, recovery experiences, attachment, sleep, affect, action crisis, plus a three-pillar cognitive ability profile. 24 modules in the full version, 17 in lean. 90 to 120 minutes one-off; save and resume.
Read the report
A five-pass structured analyst pipeline turns raw responses into evidence-pinned claims. Every claim links back to a specific score, facet, scenario pick, verbatim quote, reliable-change index, or deterministic rule. Strengthen, steel-man, or annotate any claim; pushback compounds across quarters.
Track change over time
Reliable Change Index against the previous quarter, per-construct trajectories across all quarters, longitudinal sparklines, bank versioning so item rotations do not silently corrupt the axis. The signal is your own delta against yourself.
Privacy
Layer 3 reflections are envelope-encrypted at rest with a key derived from your passphrase. Nothing leaves the device without explicit per-session consent. Inside the analyst pipeline, verbatim text passes through Pass 1 only; subsequent passes receive condensed themes, not raw quotes. The Layer 3 content budget is recorded in a consent log so the audit trail is real.
Single user by design. Forgotten passphrase plus lost recovery code means lost Layer 3; there is no out-of-band reset.
Transparency
Every deterministic hypothesis rule, scoring formula, validity threshold, item-bank version, and analyst-pass prompt is documented under /admin/transparency. Every claim in the report carries pin-resolvable evidence and a calibration block with the support score, calibrated confidence, and reason string the post-editor audit recorded.
No diagnostic labels, no IQ scores, no flattery, no marketing tone. Reports read as working hypotheses the user tests against their own experience.
Cadence
Designed for one session every ninety days. Trait scores have 0.7 to 0.85 within-person stability across a quarter, which is why most of the moving signal is in state instruments (sleep, affect, recovery, goal traction, attachment). The report puts those first; long-stable traits are anchors, not headlines.
